Standards, approvals and CE/UKCA marking

A mark is a declaration of conformity, not a performance rating.

Product safety marking

CE, UKCA and equivalent marks declare that a product conforms to applicable safety legislation. They are a legal statement by the manufacturer, not an independent quality endorsement.

Anchor approvals are separate

The anchors you install carry their own approvals — European Technical Assessments and similar — which specify base materials, hole geometry, cleaning and installation.

A tool mark says nothing about anchor performance; the anchor's approval does.

Battery and transport

Lithium-ion packs are subject to transport regulation. Follow the manufacturer's and carrier's requirements.

Where to check

Manufacturer declarations of conformity, anchor manufacturers' approval documents, and your own national regulator.
