Wet drilling

Water suppresses dust at source and cools tooling, which is standard for diamond coring and cutting.

It produces slurry, needs management and containment, and is unsuitable in many finished or live interiors.

Dry with extraction

Capture at source keeps the work area dry and is far more practical indoors and on finished surfaces.

Why it matters for vacuum anchoring

Slurry under a sealing pad is worse than dry dust. If you must work wet, plan the attachment position away from water paths and clean between attachments.
